Make sure you have plenty of room in which to move. The only drawback is the fact that the game requires a lot of "real" world space. Unfortunately the game doesn't provide free weight exercises. There are three strength training areas: Upper body, mid section, and lower body. Strength training exercises are essentially floor exercises that really work. To be honest, Kinetic makes exercising so fun that I have overdone it a bit this week. Kinetic offers multiple methods of exercise: strength, aerobic, combat, and mind/body.
